   He de romper una lanza a favor de este tipo de Software… ya que he colaborado en la creación de uno (menos profesional que los de estas compañías grandes… un PFC), jeje,

   Si soy sincero… aunque tire piedras sobre mi propio tejado… no hay nada como hablar con un teleoperador… aunqnue a veces no se con quien hay menos entendimiento.

    Me recuerda a cuando hablas con las empresas de telefonía, me parecen (y lo siento…) tan ignorantes del tema de lo que hablan tanto las maquinas como las personas.

    — Buenas, le llamo de nuestro empresa de internet y le ofrecemos 20 Megas.
    –¿20 megas? ¿con que cobertura?
    — Tenemos 20 megas
    – … ¿se puede mirar en su pagina la cobertura? ¿llegarían a mi linea? ¿cuanto de subida tendria?
    — Ofrecemos un pack por [X] euros con todo incluido, uno 20 MB, puede contratar por teléfono.
